The Blacklane development team is looking for an experienced software developer to join our team in improving our software solutions with a focus on our RoR backend, extending and designing APIs for mobile apps and the integration of third party systems and furthermore continuously optimizing and shaping existing development processes with the team.

Your profile:
You have excellent knowledge of Ruby and the Ruby on Rails framework
You are test-driven (Rspec, Cucumber), quality-minded (Code Reviews and Pair Programming) and put emphasis on agile development (Kanban, Scrum)
You display a strong, hands-on mentality and love to take on responsibility for your own features as well as team commitments/projects?
You are highly motivated, think things through on your own and can convincingly present alternative approaches based on your expert level in team discussions
You ideally have some experience in system administration
