As a Ruby on Rails Developer we expect you to have: 
- strong knowledge of Ruby, Rails, JavaScript ( jQuery etc.), HTML and CSS.
- experience working with MySQL,
- good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- experience using testing frameworks
- ability to collaborate with others on a cross-functional team to solve problems creatively and effectively
- being creative and proactive - always up for challenge
- willingness to cooperate with others and share both experience & knowledge within the team
- good communication skills
- excellent spoken and written English
It’s nice if you: 
- understand and have worked with TDD and Scrum
- are familiar with a mandatory code review process
- already have experience in working with a team and English speaking clients
