Instalacja rails: Gem::FilePermissionError

Hej, zaczynam naukę. Morduję to od wczoraj, nic mi nie działa, system Ubuntu.
Instalując gem install rails wyrzuca mi:

Masz podane rozwiązanie:
Could not create Makefile due to some reason, probably lack of necessary libraries and/or headers.
The compiler failed to generate an executable file. (RuntimeError) You have to install development tools first.
