We are seeking for passionate Ruby developers (also: for top-class Ruby hackers, see this job post)

Requirements:

  • Good taste of technology
  • Care for code quality and best practices
  • Actually getting things done

What topics to expect during the interview:

  • Clean code and object-oriented design
  • Ruby, Rails, Git, JavaScript, CSS
  • Test Driven Development
  • A little bit of computer science theory

What we offer:

  • Good remuneration [8000-14000 PLN net FVAT/mc]
  • Work on a sophisticated, long-term project in the area of finance (where clean code and good architecture are key to success)
  • Ability to learn best engineering practices from experienced and demending developers and admins
  • Decent codebase
  • Stack: CentOS, PostgreSQL, Ruby 2+, Rails 4.1+, Git, Haml/SCSS, jQuery

Terms:

  • Full-time, long-term position
  • Work at the office in Warsaw (no remoting ATM, sorry)
  • Preferably FVAT; other options negotiable within the same gross costs for the company
