) for RoR Developers to work with us in KRAKÓW! You will work remotely (from our office) for our Irish client.
Location: Krakow, Old Town
Rate: 10 000 PLN/ B2B contract.
We also offer regular job contract for this position.
We are in Krakow since 2012 and we created a good place to work, develop, have fun and keep the balance between private and professional life.

About the project:
Popdeem is a growing technology company based in Dublin that specialises in social engagement and loyalty software. The company was born out of the founders’ frustration with existing social marketing tools for local businesses. Over the past 3 years, Popdeem has developed a social rewards system which enables brands to identify their most influential customers on social networks, and reward them for interacting with the brand on social networks.

The Opportunity
Your role will be to work closely with the founders and the rest of the engineering team to help create the future of the Popdeem product. The company is in an exciting phase where the focus is on growth and expansion and this provides an opportunity for new core team members to become a part of a fast paced, growing start-up.
The Role
• Work with rest of engineering and design resources to scope out and deliver projects on-time and to a quality that matches the vision of the company.
• Work closely with the founders to ensure that product decisions match the vision for Popdeem and the requirements of the customers.
• Deliver products which innovate and continually drive the growth of the Popdeem platform.
• Deliver and maintain high quality code at all times that positions Popdeem to scale efficiently and effectively.
• Contribute heavily to product strategy and roadmap.
• Work with the mobile team to prioritise and successfully manage project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
• Experience in the Popdeem technology stack (Ruby on Rails platform & API. Running on AWS.)
• Participate in peer code review to improve and maintain code quality
• Experience in frontend development is a bonus
• Experience working and delivering projects in fast moving environments.
• A good eye for product.
• Passionate about the product you are building.
• Results focused and proven record of delivering effectively in a fast paced environment.
