Senior RoR dev
- experienced Ruby / RoR programmer, proficient in development techniques which she/he can easily prove.
- fluent english speaker

- working remotely for Silicon Valley startup (3 months of incubation period + more if it works out, it all depends on you)
- sometimes you need to sync with US working hours
