We are Agile development team based in Atlanta, GA. We do cross-platform and native mobile development using Xamarine (C#), Titanium (JavaScript), Ruby Motion (Ruby), PhoneGap (HTML / CSS), plain Objective-C, Java and other technologies. We create back-end with Ruby On Rails, Node.js and other technologies.
About project:
All our projects mostly small and medium size. Most customers are in EST/EDT time zone, 7h behind Ukraine. Slack is used for text communication, Skype for calls, Jira for task tracking. This is full-time 100% remote position.
We are hiring senior Ruby developer, but we welcome to apply full stack middle ruby with a desire to use other technologies as well.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Experienced Developer who will immediately become a key member of our team. You’ll play a major role in new features development based on the provided specifications, maintaining the existing applications (bugfixes, migration to new Rails versions, UI refresh).
Requirements:
Overall in IT: 3+ years
Fluent in the Ruby language: 3+ years
Experience with Ruby web frameworks (Rails, Sinatra, etc)
In depth understanding of core services (DHCP, PXE, DNS, LDAP)
Knowledge and experience with Git
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
English: Strong verbal and written skills
