We are running on the ‘body leasing’ method. We find, recruit, test, manage the developers and they are working directly with the clients / projects they chose.
The minimum period of working on a project is 6-10 months.

About The Job
You’ll be leading the growth of our digital team, build amazing experiences for marketers and subject matter experts at top brands around the world. We are crafting more efficient, informative experiences for users by leveraging data, social networks, and matchmaking algorithms. We craft easy-to-use tools that allow our members to better shortlist, evaluate, and select the right partner, while agency members get insight into who is searching and how they stack up to the competition. We also build powerful automated tools that magically help us scale the platform both adding agencies and helping us connect with the right person, at the right time.

What You’re Excited To Work On

About You
You have most of the following:
• A love and/or respect for advertising, marketing, design, and/or research
• Ability to take a product from concept to real world product
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mentality
• Genuine curiosity and an enjoyment of learning new things
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with HTML / CSS / Javascript
• Experience writing RSpec tests (and respect for why they are important)
Maybe you have some of the following (but not a big deal if you don’t):
• Experience with payment processors like Braintree, Stripe, Authorize
• Experience with internationalization, foreign currency, languages
• Experience with caching techniques for large data sets / high traffic web apps
• Experience with SaaS / Marketplaces / PaaS
• Experience building iOS / Android mobile applications
• Experience with advanced Rails asset pipeline technology like SASS / SCSS

B2B Contract – 6500-8500 PLN NET ON THE INVOICE
Overtime hours paid : 150%*hour in the week/ 200%*hour during the weekend (rarely overtime hours happen)
