About the role:
As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer you will be joining an agile team of 6 (1 Product Manager, 1 Designer, 1 QA, 2 Frontend developers, 1 Ruby on Rails Engineer) using the following stack: Rails7, Ruby3, Postgres, Redis, REST, Websockets, React Native.
Our client uses GPS technology in their hardware collar to help users keep track of the location using Bluetooth (BT) tech. They are well-recognized leaders in virtual fence technology. We started this project from scratch 2 years ago and we have a long-term relationship with the client.
About our recruiting processes
Following a screening interview, you’ll be interviewed by one of our Tech Leads. If these two calls go well, you’ll be moved to a final interview stage with the CEO (A ruby on rails Engineer)
The “check the box” Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, 3+ years of Rails
- Experience contributing to technical decision making within a team
- Can work full-time with significant crossover with the core hours: 10am - 6pm Central European Time
