About the project:
Our product is innovating enterprise identity in the cloud with more than 1000 customers.
Their cloud-based Identity and Access Management solution allows enterprises of all sizes to secure their cloud and on-premise apps for all users and devices.
Pre-integrated with thousands of applications, our product enables IT to easily and securely tie their directory infrastructure to their business applications. IT then has centralized access control, can enforce rule-based security policies, enable multi-factor authentication and automate user provisioning and easily report on identity policy compliance.
Our team is located in Lviv, Kyiv and Wroclaw, so if you join us, you’ll have a great opportunity to work with international professionals.
Must have skills:
2+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
Fluent in Git
SQL and query optimization skills
Experience with Prototype and jQuery
Experienced with high load and large scales environment
Experienced with RESTful web services
Ability to write maintainable, clean and efficient code
Able to do TDD and know how to write Rspec
Have experience writing web applications that are secure
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Experience with memcache, RabbitMQ
Experience with distributed systems
Be comfortable working collaboratively with distributed teams
Have experience with Redis and Sidekiq
Understanding of Agile Software Development principles.
